Influtop (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. By using Influtop you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data We Collect
Account data
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.
Usage data
We collect information about how you use the service: pages visited, analyses created, features used, and timestamps of those actions. This data is used to improve the product and diagnose technical issues.
YouTube URLs and analysis inputs
When you submit a YouTube URL for analysis, we store that URL along with the inputs you provided (brand name, price paid, campaign objective). This data is necessary to generate and display your reports.
Payment data
Payment transactions are processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive a confirmation from Stripe (transaction ID, plan purchased) to credit your account.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the service
Your email is used to authenticate your account, send transactional emails (password reset, purchase confirmation), and communicate critical service updates.
To run analyses
The YouTube URLs and inputs you submit are processed through our analysis pipeline to generate your sponsorship reports. We store the results so you can access your history.
To improve the product
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which features are most used and where users encounter friction. We do not sell or share individual usage data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention & Your Rights
Retention
We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and analyses are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your GDPR rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days and complete the process within 30 days.
